K S Ravikumar and Ajith, after their earlier hit Villain about a couple of years ago, now teams up once again for Godfather. Ajith plays three roles -an old man, a eunuch and a youthful do-gooder with Asin acting opposite him.
The highlight of the movie is its music. After a gap A R Rahman returns to Tamil by scoring music for Godfather. Besides composing tunes, Rahman has sung a number for the film. According to Ajith, the movie has come out well so far and it has all ingredients to satisfy his fans. He hopes the movie would make it big.
The movie has been completed and is expected to be released next month. In the meantime Ajith has geared up with his next project Naan Kadavul with director Bala , the discussions of which are in full awing.

If
you thought Godfather was a non starter then you are in for a new
surprise. The film is very much in the making. The latest buzz is that
Nadia has been signed to play the lead opposite the elderly Ajith.
Ravikumar has convinced her to accept the role and Ajith too spoke to
her. Ajith plays three roles in the film and has Asin as the heroine.

From Amarkalam, where Ajit has showed his
acting and romantic face in a action atmosphere, many hero started to do more
action sequences on their films. Many years before, Ajit has launched a
get-up with a light beard and moustache and many actors followed him. Then he
decided to shave entirely his beard, all the newcomers now act without
moustache. Recently Ajit has acted in Ji with a dark and thick
beard…Soon we will see simbhu having this get up in his next movie
Thotti Jaya. Many people dare confirm that Ajit is out of
competition but even in bad time his presence is still in the memories.

back into films, but with no luck. Finally, ‘Godfather’ emerged
victorious.

Actions
speak louder than words and the three roles Ajit plays in
‘Godfather’elucidates this wonderfully. After ‘Villain,’ Ajit, K S Ravi
Kumar and group are determined to chase success.
 

 
One
of the roles Ajit plays is that of an older man and a supporting female
lead was necessary for this character. This brought Nadia to mind and
the unit coordinated with her in US. According to reports, she has
accepted the offer.

‘Godfather’
is suffering from lack of funds. Once that is set right, Nadia will be
able to fly to India for the shooting. And Ajit fans will get a
godmother…a pretty godmother!!

Diwali -  2005   - Clash between junior Superstars …

It appears that the Diwali of 2005 will see the release of Ajit’s ‘Godfather’ or ‘Naan Kadavul’ and vijay’s ‘sivakasi’ .vijay is doing double role in ‘Sivakasi’ for his fist time, whereas in ‘Godfather’, Ajit is going one step further and doing three roles ( he has already done 3 movies where he acts double role and one movie in multi-role) and in Naan kadavul, he will endorse a character which could get him a honourable prize. Ajit’s film should have been over long time back and would be released by this time. But because of the laid attitude of the producer, S.S.Chakravarthy and other related problems, the film is going behind schedule.

The director of ‘Godfather’, KS Ravikumar is a very dejected man because of the postponement of the film’s release .He puts the blame squarely on the producer. If the film get underway at least now, it may be ready for release by Diwali. But it is only possible if Ajit would let down Bala’s Naan Kadavul, the director has already waited 6 months for Ajit ( while he’s acting in Godfather ) to direct the movie. So if Ajit’s goes to K.S Ravikumar’s project, Bala should change the hero for his film which he has refined since a long time.

Now the Ultimate Star is in a big confusion , a dilemma never faced before : Let down Godfather in order to release Naan Kadavul OR Let down Naan Kadavul for Godfather…

Anyway, This Diwali will see more crackers than never before.

Hi Guys ! You are all in an exiting moment till Our Ajit’s Godfather will released BUT this big project and turning point in Ajit’s career is likely to be dropped. The reason of this disaster is Nic Arts S.S.Chakravarthy, who was one of the Ajit’s best friends in the cine field, he has done great success films such as Vaali, Mugavari, Citizen or Villan, in total he has produced 7 films for Ajitji.

At this moment, his financial trouble is too catastrophic to complete the film. The call-sheets of all artists, including Ajit, will be finished only on June 1^st week [ Yes, our Ultimate Star will shift to Bala’s project which will start on June 15^th, See the next article for more details ] now there is 50 days more shoot left so it is impossible to finish the movie because the producer is making a big mess there !

Director K.S.Ravikumar has given an interview in the magazine Kalki this week : He said that all problems are because of the producer. At first the director has  personally got all the call-sheets of artists to round up the movie in a great and speed manner. Now, he is fed up saying: “I can’t go and beg each and everybody to get call-sheets, it is the turn of the producer to beg each one to give the call-sheets” At last he said that the movie will released in Diwali 2005 , as a comment in the magazine.But unfortunately, the real truth is that our much awaited movie Godfather is being dropped according to the insider.

Don’t worry Guys & Girls, our Thala was, is and will NOT die till he become The N° 1. Do you remember the interviews of Ajit last year ? he has clearly said “My bad time will continue till June 2005…” and he is right. Now, Ajit who has helped a lot in the financial problems of producers will never interfere in their business also he has just took the decision of selecting good and powerful Producers to make his films blockbuster one after an other. His next project is Naan Kadavul by Bala, so just forget the Godfather fiasco, this kind of troubles will never happen in the future.
