Many Tamil movies have big production banner. But only a part of the producers are satisfied with the profit from their film. But to reap, he should invest in. only few producers are concentrating on the other aspects other than the normal expenditure for film shoot, so as to gain more profit.

Almost all producers just concentrate such that the film is shaped well and the right amount is paid. Also due to income tax problems, even these few producers do not exactly say their investment. It is the media who exploit the actual cost incurred by a movie to a very great height.

Can anyone digest putting crores of rupees for a Tamil movie? Will the producer get back his money? Hope the fact behind this would be clear.

Do u guys know the real thing behind the movies running more than 70 days? The film may be worst, still it easily crosses 100 days. Have you ever thought of this? Here is the answer for you.

These days a good movie will not do good at theatres but a worst movie with some certain actors easily cross 100 days. Actually there are some actors who explicitly buy the city (mainly Chennai) distribution rights for their film. Even they are clever. If they sense that the movie would not run on its own, then they go for getting the rights. Then it is their duty to pay tributes to the theatre owners even if no one watches the movie. So the result is that they make it run till some 100 days & if they are really stale, they will stop paying the amount and allow the theatre owners to take off the movie and put a new one. This really makes a movie hit by sticking posters saying that the movie is running for these many days.

What a crooked mind some have. Even, a recent film had done like this and made publicity that it was really doing well but the fact was that the producer of that film had gone bankrupt.

So, this being the truth, we should always support for the films that originate in a honest way & run in a honest way.

Actors Vijay and Ajith often indulge in war of words in their movies taking dig at each other.

There were reports that the two ever since their debut have not been seeing eye to eye.

Vijay, who is busy shooting for Sachien, clarified
stating that there was not even an iota of truth in reports that they
were against each other.

"We are good friends off the screen and share a good
rapport. A few have been trying to create a rift between us through
such malicious campaigns." 

On his insistence on doing only commercial films, he
says: "I want my producers, directors, distributors, theatre-owners and
the audience to get their money’s worth and hence I continue to do
commercial entertainers.

"Those who invest keeping faith in me should not lose"

Well, that is a good bottom line.

Director K S Ravikumar is a busy director, who has many successful movies in his kitty.

The director is presently busy with God Father starring Ajith in three different roles.

The director would be hosting a talk show titled
Parthathum Parkathathum on Thamizh Thirai channel which will throw

landed in a controversy at the Censor Board.

Meanwhile, God Father, after some hitch, is now back on rails. The shooting is now on in Ooty.

The film has triggered huge expectations in the industry as it has the big combo of Ajith-Ravi Kumar— A R Rehman.

As you all know, ajith's next venture is Godfather directed by K.S.Ravikumar a noted commercial director in the industry. This film is almost nearing completion. This film is strictly produced by S.S.Chakaravarthy of NIC Arts & not by any other company.

A magnificent photo section for GF was organized by the director here in Chennai day before yesterday. A noted Hollywood make up man had showed his hands on ajith's three different get ups. To picturize this effectively director had brought in a noted Bollywood still photographer named Mr.Taubur Raktani. All these pictures are kept unreleased to create a big hype in the market and will be released soon. At the photo section, pictures were taken for all the three characters. The picturization of the father get up is extremely superb with ajith having a cigar in his mouth.

A 25 day schedule has been planned in Chennai and after that the crew will go for Amsterdam for a song shooting.

Guess what is common between Dhanush and Ajith?

Both are popular heroes who are at their low
following a string of failures in the recent past and both await their
fortunes to change with their next release.

Ajith is pinning hopes on God Father directed by
Ravi Kumar while Dhanush is keeping faith on his brother
Selvaraghavan’s Pudhupetai.

Following God Father, Ajith is playing the hero in director Bala’s Naan Kadavul.

Meanwhile, there may be yet another possible connection.

Kollywood is abuzz with reports that Ajith and
Dhanush will come together for a movie to be directed by Selvaraghavan
after Pudhupettai.

Hmm, that’s interesting. Now the question is whether their archrivals Vijay and Simbu will come together.

Bharath were to costar with him the ‘Ultimate Star’ said a yes and
asked the director to go ahead.
Ajith plays a triple role of a father and two sons in God Father.
The father is a choreographer in the film. One of the sons is a eunuch.
After finishing this film Ajjth is moving towards Bala film which is
said to be a turning point in his career. Dhanush who is working with
brother Selvaraghavan and teamed up with Sonia and Sneha feels that two
films in row with big brother will bail him out of the mess. Bharath
has the prestigious Feb 14th with Hocimin (Shankar’s assistant) as director and Renuka Menon as heroine. He has also signed a film with Sandhya again.

Ajit and director K.S.Ravikumar have completed a 10-day shoot of Godfather in Ooty including a song. A month long schedule is being planned from March 28 in Chennai.

P.C.Sreeram is no longer a pert of ‘Godfather’
and instead Priyan has taken over as the new cameraman. Said Ravikumar:
“Unfortunately PC is busy with director Priya’s new film for Prakash
Raj and since the dates clashed, we have decided to go ahead with
cameraman Priyan.”. Meena who was supposed to do the father Ajit’s wife
character has also opted out due to date’s problem. Ravikumar is now on
the look-out for a senior actress to play that role.

Rahman has
already given four out of six songs, which by his standards is amazing.
Adds Ravikumar: "The story has shaped out well and Ajit is giving all
his attention to the three characters that he play, as father and twin
sons. The characterization of these three people is the highlight of
the film”.

In April the Godfather unit will shift to
Hyderabad for a third schedule and the film will be completed by May
end. Two songs will be picturised in Canada and the film will be ready
for release by July 22.

‘Kaliyug’, only people with cunning mind get respected, than the people
with innocent pure heart. Ajith is an innocent and pure hearted man.

He
would be frank and would say things honestly and frankly. But, there
are people, who picturize him as a terrorist, deliberately.

Ajith
had become seriously involved in acting in films only, leaving all his
extra curricular activities like car race etc., behind. His present
target and aim is to complete the film ‘God father’. Even the ‘Tamil
Padhukappu Iyakkam’ people, has not shown any interest in the name of
the film. But some people with vested interests are continuously asking
him whether he would change the title of his film.

"I
am a common person for all sections of the people. I had acted in films
with pure Tamil titles such as ‘Aasai’ and ‘Mugavari’ before. I do
believe that they will not oppose to the title ‘God father’. As per as
the title is concerned, it is up to the director and the producer of
the film. If and when I produce a film all by myself, come to me, then
we will discuss about the title".

It
seems he had hit right on target. After this answer, nobody had said
anything about the name". He had also put a full stop about the issue
of other actors teasing him unnecessarily in their films. "I am not
going to worry about these things. It would be best if one keep silence
over some issues. I am not going to talk about this issue anymore".
Ajith has yet again proved that, he is a real gentle man.
